Silver Leaf Awards Now Accepting Entries for 2023

May 1, 2023

IABC Canada’s call for entries for the 2023 Silver Leaf Awards season is now open!

Over the next two months, professional communicators from across the country are invited to submit the best of their work for evaluation and for the chance for national recognition through the prestigious Silver Leaf award.

Canada is home to an incredible array of very talented communicators who are active in many different specializations within the communications field, and this is their moment to shine! Earning a Silver Leaf Award is among IABC Canada’s highest achievements, and recognizes excellence in strategic communication planning and execution. It could be you, so get ready to share your work and tell your story.

With 47 categories for entry that reflect all aspects of the work of professional communicators, the Silver Leaf awards are only available to Canadian members and are an excellent stepping stone to the next level of achievement, Gold Quill. This year’s entries reflect work from additional categories that mark the challenges of our times and spotlight the diversity of our membership and a wider variety of communication initiatives.

Don’t miss out on the reduced entry-free by entering before the early-bird deadline on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern. The final deadline for all entries is Friday, June 30, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern.

Time Frame: All work must be implemented, published or broadcast between January 2022 and the day of submission. If a long-term strategy was developed prior to January 1, 2022, and hasn’t previously been entered in this competition, it is eligible for entry.

For more information and access to the online application system, visit the IABC Canada Silver Leaf webpage.

Join us as we recognize and celebrate the exceptional talent of many outstanding communicators all across Canada! We look forward to seeing your work represented among this year’s entrants, and perhaps even this year’s winning entries.

We’re excited to see the great work that Canadian communicators have been doing this year, and look forward to receiving your entry.

Sincerely,
