Anna Marie Willey, ABC, MC, IABC Fellow

Anna is an accredited business communicator (ABC) with 40 years professional experience in countless communications efforts, evolving from entry to executive level and spanning from local to international scope. During this time, she has held numerous senior-level roles in organizations including the University of Regina and the Government of Saskatchewan.

Her current business focus is as President, Total Communications Services Ltd. where she works with a wide range of clients on a variety of projects in all areas of strategic communication planning, management and implementation.

Throughout her career, Anna has received communication awards including the 2010 Saskatchewan Lifetime Achievement Award for Communication Excellence; Regina’s 2015 International Association of Business Communicator (IABC) award for outstanding communication contribution; 2011 IABC International Chairman’s award for volunteer contributions; 2011 IABC Master Communicator (MC) designation and honoured in 2015 with the international designation of IABC Fellow.

Anna serves as 2017 chair for the IABC Master Communicator selection committee and leads IABC/Regina’s MentorCentre program, building on past volunteer roles as international chair for IABC Accreditation Council and co-chair of the multi-year international IABC Career Roadmap Committee.

Throughout her career, she has volunteered with a number of community initiatives and is a recipient of a United Nations’ Global Citizen Award, and the Queen’s Jubilee and Saskatchewan Centennial medals.
