Kellie is a speaker, executive coach and consultant on leadership, employee engagement, high performance, internal culture change, political savvy and influence. She coaches individuals and teams on improving communication, engaging in constructive conflict, and strategy. She is a Master Facilitator at Brené Brown’s company Brave Leaders Inc., where she works with leadership teams to enhance courage and vulnerability in the workplace. She is also a Certified Daring Way Facilitator. Kellie also consults on strategic planning as well as board dynamics and governance.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur in 2013, Kellie was a Senior VP at Farm Credit Canada (FCC). Her eclectic background includes strategy, enterprise risk management, customer experience, marketing, communication, innovation and corporate social responsibility. Kellie was instrumental in shifting FCC’s culture from one of command and control to one that fostered high employee engagement, ultimately landing FCC as number 5 on Canada’s Top 50 Employers. Her graduate thesis (MA Leadership) explored the link between open leadership communication and trust with high employee engagement and a positive customer
experience.

Kellie is passionate about helping others reach their potential by enhancing the professional and personal leadership of individuals and teams. She strongly believes in giving back to community and is a long-time volunteer for Dress for Success and autism. (One of her two grown sons has autism.)

She is an avid flower gardener for the short summers of the Canadian prairies, a writer and voracious reader. A lifelong hedonist, she is now a wellness seeker who still quaffs wine.
